Day Three

Up bright and early for a new day at the Office. Olivia didn't seem to impressed about waking up so early herself. Some people really do not know how to appreciate a good sunrise.

Anyway, how we doing Olivia? What's for breakfast?

Mac and Cheese? Interesting choice, Olivia. Needs a LOT of salt too apparently. Once Olivia had made and eaten breakfast, she followed her morning routine; a shower and all that other morning stuff. She seemed a lot better as the hour progressed.

...Especially with a surprise phone call from Christian. She doesn't remember giving him her number but from the looks of it she really doesn't seem to mind.

Once she had gotten off the phone, she prepared herself for work.
Looking good, Olivia! You strut into that office with confidence, girl!

As always, the day went by extremely quickly. Olivia had, for the most part a very busy day. It was tough being the new girl in the office. Especially seeing as you're usually the one that gets all the worst duties. We know, it sucks being the new girl doesn't it, Liv.

With a droll mumble and a sarcastic facial expression she agreed.

At this point I decided to help give Olivia a little bit of direction. Because, well, sometimes a sim needs the guidance of their creator. Plus, it was me who put her into this situation in the first place.

How about we freshen up, calm down a little?
"Fine, whatever." She replied, and proceeded to try "calm down."

Once you've calmed down we can head down to the library. I know you probably don't want to hear it but you have more paperwork to do.

"You can't be serious??!" She exclaimed with an exasperated sigh.

Sure, you need to do some work, but maybe we'll see Christian again...

"Hmm... perhaps.." She coyly agreed.

So off we went.

There seemed to be a lot of free computers this time. And look who's here! Naturally Olivia picked the computer closest. I thought she'd begin chatting to him, but it seems not.

Straight down to business instead. I suppose that's smart thinking, Olivia. Get work out of the way before distracting yourself with unrelated things, and then never getting it done.

At some point throughout the session, Christian looked as though he was going to say something. Nope, he didn't. Despite clearly recognizing her as the girl from the library yesterday. Olivia either did not notice, or pretended not to. Hm.

Eventually (and painstakingly to watch) Olivia finished her paperwork. Bit chuffed with yourself, are we Liv?

She just smiled.

Olivia looked over at Christian. He appeared to be quite engaged with whatever he was doing on the computer. This time, it looked as though Olivia was going to say hello.

Alas, she did not. And chose to play Sims Forever instead. Excellent marketing skills right there, Olivia.

Eventually she picked up Painting: Volume one, received a skill point in painting, woo. Then finally, she decided to talk to Christian. I gave her a helping hand to tell a joke to break the awkwardness. Seems it was hilarious enough to give her a skill point in comedy. You go, Olivia.

In the end, Olivia and Christian had a wonderful conversation. Olivia told him all about her tiresome day at work. Mimicking her boss and detailing all the nitpick snobs she has to deal with on a daily basis. Christian seemed happy to just sit there and listen. (What a swell guy.)

...Unfortunately for Olivia, our needs were dropping quite low, and the sun had disappeared rather quickly behind the horizon. She was pretty sad about me forcing her to say goodbye and head home.

Once arriving back to The Square, Olivia realized she was hungry. What's for dinner tonight, Liv?

Cereal apparently D:

Brushing of teeth, a change into pyjamas and a climb into bed followed shortly thereafter.

Sleep tight, Olivia!
